A soft and safe, adjustable rope house collar for everyday
House collars are designed to hold identification tags when a regular collar is not in use. As they’re typically worn at home, safety is an important factor as we can’t have eyes on our dogs 100% of the time.
That’s why our new adjustable house collars are made with lightweight rope and secured with two adjustable knots. The knots can be moved with ease for the perfect fit, but if caught on something, will also loosen for your peace of mind.
Sizes to fit most dogs:
- Regular: 8″ – 17″ (20cm – 43cm)
- Large: 15″ – 28″ (38cm – 71cm)
Choose from five coloured ropes as well as a choice of either brass, stainless steel or rose gold hardware.
This is a house collar and is not suitable for use with a lead. It’s designed to hold an ID tag, just in case your dog gets out and becomes lost.
How to measure your dog for a rope house collar
It's easy to measure your dog for a Petiquette rope house collar. Ideally, they should be a little looser than a normal collar, and typically sit just below the mid-point of the neck. Follow the guide below and your dog will be have a tailored fit collar in no time at all.
- Wrap a soft tape measure around the widest part of the head (this is normally around the ears). The collar needs to be large enough to slide over this point.
- Measure around your dog's neck where you'd like the collar to sit.
- The tape measure should be a little loose around the fur and not be too tight.
- Select the size where both measurements fit within.

- International Mail dispatched by Royal Mail International Tracked, then handed to local postal service in destination country. Timescales vary from country to country.
