Delivery Information
When will my order arrive?
All collars and leads are handmade to order and are usually dispatched within 3 – 7 working days.
We dispatch orders Monday – Friday by Royal Mail Tracked 48 which usually takes 2 – 3 working days though is an estimate and not a guarantee.
For international deliveries we use Royal Mail International Tracked service which varies from country to country for delivery timescales.
Red Dingo ID tags – Please be aware, that if you have ordered a Red Dingo ID tag, they are engraved and dispatched by red Dingo in Switzerland.
They can take around 2 weeks for delivery, though unfortunately there are sometimes international postal delays which are more common since Brexit.
Scented wax melts will be dispatched within 1-2 working days by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Please note, our wax melts are only available in the UK.

International Orders
Customs Duties
We do not add any taxes or duties on international orders, which means that for delivery outside the United Kingdom they may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are levied once the items reach the specified destination.
You will be responsible for any such import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Please note that for items you order, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the items are to be delivered. Please note that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Important information for deliveries to the UAE
Please note that for deliveries to the UAE the delivery address MUST include a PO box. If you do not have a PO box, then please contact us before ordering as we will need to quote a courier for you.
