Delivery Costs

 

When will my order arrive?

All collars and leads are handmade to order and are usually dispatched within 2-5 working days.

Your order will be dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked 48 which normally takes 2-3 working days.  For international deliveries we use Royal Mail International Tracked service which varies from country to country for delivery timescales.

We dispatch orders Monday – Friday.

Red Dingo ID tags – Please be aware, that if you have ordered a Red Dingo ID tag, they are engraved and dispatched by red Dingo in Switzerland. They typically take around 2 weeks for delivery, though unfortunately there are sometimes international postal delays which are more common since Brexit.

What happens when I’m not at home?

If you’ve ordered a house collar, ID tag or personalised gift, they will fit through your letterbox and will not need to be signed for.

Our buckle collars and leads will be sent in a parcel and will need someone at home to accept the delivery.

How to cancel my order

If you would like to cancel your order, please get in touch as soon as possible as we dispatch orders within 2-5 days.
