Colours

A huge amount of work has gone into ensuring our products are represented correctly on our website, although in some instances colours may vary depending on the device being used to view the Petiquette website.  Please also remember, leather is a natural product, and the colour of one hide may vary slightly to the next.

The colours and sizes used for Petiquette products may be altered without notification from time to time.

Order/Dispatch Confirmation

When you place an order from Petiquette collars, we will send you a confirmation email with the details of your order.  Once we have completed your order and sent it out, you will receive a further email to confirm this.

Prices

All products are priced in GBP sterling.  Although we try to ensure that all of our prices are accurate, errors may occur.  If we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible.  You will have the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

We reserve the right to update prices displayed on the Petiquette website from time to time without notification.

Delivery and Returns

Customs Duties

If you order items for delivery outside the United Kingdom they may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are levied once the items reach the specified destination. You will be responsible for any such import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Please note that for items you order, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the items are to be delivered. Please note that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

The EU and Northern Ireland

We are fully GPSR compliant so are able to sell to all EU countries.

If you’re ordering from an EU country, there’s good news — we’re IOSS registered. This means that for orders up to €150, any VAT or import tax is collected at checkout, so it’s already taken care of. You won’t need to pay anything extra when your parcel arrives, helping you avoid unexpected customs charges or delivery delays.

Unfortunately, due to IOSS regulations, we’re unable to process orders to the EU over €150 at this time.

Orders to the USA

Since August 29th 2025, all orders to the United States are subject to the new US Import tariffs. We automatically calculate and add the tariff and customs duties to your order at checkout, so there are no surprise charges when your collar arrives.

This means you’ll see the total cost upfront, including shipping and the tariff. Once your package reaches US customs, you won’t need to pay any additional duties or taxes — we’ve sorted all that for you.

The tariff applies to the product value only, not to shipping costs. Your tracking information will show when your order clears customs, and delivery continues as normal from there.

VAT

Our prices include the UK VAT rate of 20%.  Please note that for orders outside of the UK, the price that is displayed on the website in the country being viewed from will not include any taxes or duties.

Collar & Lead Bundle Terms

Add a qualifying collar to your basket and you will receive £10 discount in the cart automatically.  Both items must be ordered at the same time. The discount cannot be added to an order retrospectively, and cannot be applied to future purchases.

The discount applied once per qualifying collar and lead added to the basket.

Qualifying collars are those in our Designer Dog Collars and Sighthound Collars ranges. ID Tag collars and sale collars are excluded from the offer.

Qualifying leads are the Handmade Leather Dog Lead, Lightweight Leather Lead, Two Tone Leather Lead, and Swarovski Crystal Lead.

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.

If one item from a qualifying pair is returned, the £10 discount is deducted from your refund.
