A soft whippet collar with a geometric shape at it’s centre
This handmade Italian leather soft whippet collar adds an eye-catching twist to a classic design. It features a leather diamond at the centre, adding a pop of contrasting colour to the main body of the collar.
You can choose any contrasting shades of leather you like for this collar. Simply pick one colour for the collar, then another for the central leather diamond. Be as imaginative as you like. There’s a huge range of contemporary shades to choose from.
At Petiquette, each whippet collar is made entirely by hand. We use the softest Italian leather, and then line the collar in the same luxuriously soft calf leather, with carefully rounded edges to prevent the collar rubbing uncomfortably against your dog’s neck.
They are specially designed in a fishtail shape to support your whippet’s slender neck. The collar measures 1¾” at its widest point, then tapers to a ¾” strap with lightweight buckle. It will provide just the right amount of support, without being too bulky.

How to measure for a Whippet collar
To measure your Whippet's neck for a leather collar, simply follow these steps:
- Wrap a soft tape measure so that it is fairly snug, just behind the ears and under the chin at the top of the neck as shown in the image and make a note of the measurement.

Choose the collar where the smallest number in the size range is as close to the neck measurement as possible.
- For example, the measurement is 10", so choose the 9" - 11".

Every one of our collars and leads are made by hand to order in our Northumberland workshop.
Delivery Information
- Handmade to order, we aim to dispatch within 3-7 working days (Monday-Friday)
- UK Orders dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked 48, which normally takes 2-3 working days
- International Mail dispatched by Royal Mail International Tracked, then handed to local postal service in destination country. Timescales vary from country to country.
- Orders dispatched Monday - Friday
- IMPORTANT - We do not charge any VAT/taxes on orders for outside of the UK. As such international orders may be liable to customs or import duties upon arrival into the destination country.
