Description

Choose a stylish braided Whippet collar

Our braided Whippet collar is ideal for those who want something a little more flashy than a simple leather collar, but perhaps don’t want the bling of a crystal collar.

We use high quality paracord in a choice of 15 colours for the Mexican basketweave braiding. It’s soft to the touch, yet strong and easy to clean, there are even six colours with a glittery effect if you love a little glitz!

For an added level of comfort, we include a layer of sumptuous padding underneath the lining so that your Whippet won’t even realise they’re wearing a collar.

Your padded Whippet collar will be 1.75″ wide (that’s roughly 4.5cm). The collar will taper down to a 3/4″ wide (2cm) strap and stainless steel buckle.

How to measure for a Whippet collar

To measure your Whippet's neck for a leather collar, simply follow these steps:

Wrap a soft tape measure so that it is fairly snug, just behind the ears and under the chin at the top of the neck as shown in the image and make a note of the measurement.
Choose the collar where the smallest number in the size range is as close to the neck measurement as possible.
For example, the measurement is 10", so choose the 9" - 11".
