It’s an excellent choice for the friend who’s just brought a puppy home and wants to wait until they grow a little, or if you’re unsure of their dog’s neck size. You choose the amount and we send the code straight to their inbox, ready to spend whenever they’re ready.

Personalised gift orders are made and dispatched within 1-3 working days.

Royal Mail 2nd class can take 7-10 days for delivery and is not tracked.

Royal Mail Tracked usually takes 2-3 days for delivery and has full tracking.

All collar orders are handmade and are usually dispatched within 7-10 business days, Monday to Friday. If you order gifts alongside collars, they will be sent together.

EU Orders We're IOSS registered, so for orders up to €150 all VAT and import tax is collected at checkout — no surprise charges on delivery. We're currently unable to process EU orders over €150.

US Orders US Import tariffs apply to all US orders from 29th August 2025. Tariffs and customs duties are calculated and added at checkout, so there are nothing extra to pay on arrival.

All other international destinations We don't add taxes or duties at checkout, however your order may be subject to import duties on arrival. See our full delivery information page for details.

Personalised gifts are non-refundable unless faulty. That being said, if you're unhappy with the gift you receive, please do get in touch and we'll do our best to resolve any issues.
