Neck measurement — around the narrowest part of the neck
Wrap a soft tape measure around the narrowest part of the neck (usually from under the chin and around behind the ears) so that it's loosely touching the fur.
Don't add any fingers underneath the tape measure.

Your measurement sits at the join between two of our standard sizes. Both the will fit, though we'd recommend a custom size. If you'd like to get in touch we can make a tailor-made size that's the perfect fit for your dog.
This Christmas Italian Greyhound collar is handmade in soft Italian leather and decorated with a festive mix of charms and Swarovski crystals. With snowmen, Santas, holly wreaths and snowflakes stitched securely between glistening crystals, it’s a seasonal showpiece for your Iggy.
Each collar is crafted to order in our Northumberland workshop, lined with buttery-soft calf leather and finished with a hidden layer of padding for added comfort. Smooth rounded edges help protect your dog’s delicate neck, even during festive zoomies.
Designed specifically for small sighthounds, the collar measures 1.5″ at its widest point and tapers to a 0.5″ strap with a lightweight buckle and stainless steel D-ring—offering support without added bulk.
Pair it with a matching leather lead for a head-to-tail Christmas look.

Measuring Your Iggy’s Neck
To measure for one of our walking collars, use a soft tape measure and follow the steps below. Don't have a tape measure? Download our printable tape measure which has guides to help find the perfect fit.

- Gently wrap the tape around the top of your dog’s neck—just behind the ears and under the chin.
- Make sure the tape is touching the fur but not tight.
- Note the measurement in inches or centimetres.
- This is where the collar will naturally sit, so measuring higher up the neck gives a much better fit than around the middle.
Tip: Choose the collar size where your dog’s neck measurement is as close as possible to the smallest hole in the size range. That way, you’ve got room to adjust if needed.

EU Orders We're IOSS registered, so for orders up to €150 all VAT and import tax is collected at checkout — no surprise charges on delivery. We're currently unable to process EU orders over €150.
US Orders US Import tariffs apply to all US orders from 29th August 2025. Tariffs and customs duties are calculated and added at checkout, so there are nothing extra to pay on arrival.

If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll refund or exchange any unused, unworn, undamaged item in re-saleable condition. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@petiquettecollars.co.uk.
Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty. Postage costs are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns. For US orders, tariffs and duties are non-refundable.
Collar doesn't fit? Don't worry, we can make you a new collar that will fit perfectly. As long as the collar is unworn you're able to return it within 30 days for an exchange. Please note, as all collars are handmade to order, we do not offer refunds on any size differences on exchanges.

FAQs
How long will my order take?
All collars and leads are made to order. We typically dispatch within 3–7 working days, with Royal Mail Tracked 48 adding 2–3 further working days in the UK. Most orders arrive within 5–10 working days. A dispatch notification is sent by email. If you need a collar by a specific date, contact us before ordering.
Can I exchange my collar if it doesn't fit?
Yes. If the collar doesn't fit when it arrives, you can exchange it for a different size. The most common reason for a poor fit is measuring the total length of an existing collar rather than the dog's neck directly. Will the collar irritate my Italian Greyhound's sensitive skin?
We know how delicate Italian Greyhound necks are, their skin is like silk and they have almost no fur to protect them. The last thing you want is a stiff collar that leaves them with bald patches or redness. That’s why we make these collars to be buttery-soft from the moment you take them out of the box. Every collar is handmade with rounded edges and a smooth leather lining, so there are no flat, sharp edges that rub against the coat or irritate the skin. It’s designed to move with them, so they stay comfortable and their coat stays perfect.
What leather colours can my collar be made in?
Your leather collar can be made in 28 Italian leather colours: Acorn, Baby Blue, Baby Pink, Black, Bottle Green, Candyfloss, Chianti, Daffodil, Dove, Dusky Pink, Easter Rose, Jaffa, Lime, Madeira Blue, Mushroom, Olive, Peanut Butter, Purple Velvet, Royal Purple, Ruby, School Grey, Shamrock, Signal Blue, Spearmint, Teal, Thistle, White, and Willow.
Are the crystals secure enough for everyday wear?
Every Swarovski crystal is individually secured by hand in our Northumberland workshop. We’ve had customers wearing the same collars for years of daily walks without losing a stone. If you do ever lose one, get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
