Measuring Your Iggy’s Neck
To measure for one of our walking collars, use a soft tape measure and follow these steps:- Gently wrap the tape around the top of your dog’s neck—just behind the ears and under the chin.
- Make sure the tape is touching the fur but not tight.
- Note the measurement in inches or centimetres.
- This is where the collar will naturally sit, so measuring higher up the neck gives a much better fit than around the middle.
This unique collar for Italian Greyhounds is finished with a traditional hound head concho at its centre—an elegant nod to your dog’s heritage. Crafted by hand in soft Italian leather, it’s a timeless choice for small sighthounds who deserve something a little special.
Each collar is made to order in your choice of leather colour, fully lined with smooth calf leather for a comfortable feel from the first wear. A sturdy leather core ensures lasting durability, while rounded edges help prevent any rubbing or irritation on delicate necks.
The collar measures 1.5″ at its widest point, tapering to a 0.5″ strap with a lightweight buckle and stainless steel D-ring for easy lead attachment.

How long will my order take?
All collars and leads are made to order. We typically dispatch within 3–7 working days, with Royal Mail Tracked 48 adding 2–3 further working days in the UK. Most orders arrive within 5–10 working days. A dispatch notification is sent by email. If you need a collar by a specific date, contact us before ordering.
Can I exchange my collar if it doesn't fit?
Yes. If the collar doesn't fit when it arrives, you can exchange it for a different size. The most common reason for a poor fit is measuring the total length of an existing collar rather than the dog's neck directly. How do I clean a leather dog collar?
A wipe with a damp cloth after muddy walks is usually enough to keep our leather collars looking good. For more stubborn stains, perhaps your dog has been rolling in fox poo, add a small amount of washing up liquid to the damp cloth and gently wipe the affected area. If your dog has been swimming, particularly in the sea, give the collar a wipe with a damp cloth afterwards to remove any residue or salt from the leather.
