A beautiful traditional lurcher collar
Specially designed for your sighthound, this traditional lurcher collar has a hound’s head concho at its centre. It’s perfect for larger sighthounds such as Greyhounds, Salukis and Afghan Hounds.
This greyhound and lurcher collar will be handmade to order in any shade of gorgeously soft Italian calf leather. Just pick your favourite from our wide range of traditional and contemporary leather colours.
We will line the collar in the same butter-soft calf leather to cover any rough edges so that it feels soft and comfy. The collar’s strong leather core ensures durability.
It’s important to support your sighthound’s neck so the collar has been designed with this in mind. It measures 2” at its widest point, narrowing to a 1” buckle and strap. There’s also a handy D-ring for easy lead attachment.

How to measure for a Greyhound lurcher collar
To measure your Greyhound's neck for a leather collar, simply follow these steps:
- Wrap a soft tape measure so that it is fairly snug, just behind the ears and under the chin at the top of the neck as shown in the image and make a note of the measurement.

Choose the collar where the smallest number in the size range is as close to the neck measurement as possible.
- For example, the measurement is 10", so choose the 9" - 11".

Delivery Information
- Handmade to order, we aim to dispatch within 3-7 working days (Monday-Friday)
- UK Orders dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked 48, which normally takes 2-3 working days
- International Mail dispatched by Royal Mail International Tracked, then handed to local postal service in destination country. Timescales vary from country to country.
- Orders dispatched Monday - Friday
- IMPORTANT - We do not charge any VAT/taxes on orders for outside of the UK. As such international orders may be liable to customs or import duties upon arrival into the destination country.
