How to measure your dog's neck
- Wrap a soft tape measure around the middle of your dog's neck, held fairly snug against the fur.
- Note the measurement in inches — this is your dog's neck measurement.
- Choose the size where that measurement falls within the range, ideally towards the smaller end to allow for adjustment.
Example:
If your dog's neck measures 10", choose the 9" to 11" size. This means the collar adjusts between 9 and 11 inches — it does not mean the total length of the collar is 11".
If measuring from an existing collar, measure from the end of the leather to the hole you use — not the total length of the collar. The total length will result in a collar that's too big.

The Holly Berry festive dog collar is the perfect way to add some Christmas cheer to your pup’s wardrobe. Designed with green leather holly leaves and sparkling light siam Swarovski crystals to represent bright red berries, it’s a collar that captures the spirit of the season beautifully.
As with all Petiquette collars, this one is handmade using soft Italian leather in a colour of your choice. Whether you go traditional with rich reds and greens or opt for something a bit more unique, it will be crafted to your specifications for a truly special Christmas accessory.
Each holly leaf is stitched by hand and the crystals are individually set to make sure they stay secure—even when your dog’s dashing through the snow (or the park). The collar is fully lined with smooth leather for a comfy fit and finished with rust-proof stainless steel hardware for durability.

EU Orders We're IOSS registered, so for orders up to €150 all VAT and import tax is collected at checkout — no surprise charges on delivery. We're currently unable to process EU orders over €150.
US Orders Trump tariffs apply to all US orders from 29th August 2025. Tariffs and customs duties are calculated and added at checkout, so there are nothing extra to pay on arrival.
All other international destinations We don't add taxes or duties at checkout, however your order may be subject to import duties on arrival. See our full delivery information page for details.
If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll refund or exchange any unused, unworn, undamaged item in re-saleable condition. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@petiquettecollars.co.uk.
Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty. Postage costs are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns. For US orders, tariffs and duties are non-refundable.

FAQs
How long will my order take?
All collars and leads are made to order. We typically dispatch within 3–7 working days, with Royal Mail Tracked 48 adding 2–3 further working days in the UK. Most orders arrive within 5–10 working days. A dispatch notification is sent by email. If you need a collar by a specific date, contact us before ordering.
Can I exchange my collar if it doesn't fit?
Yes. If the collar doesn't fit when it arrives, you can exchange it for a different size. The most common reason for a poor fit is measuring the total length of an existing collar rather than the dog's neck directly. What’s the difference between Crystal and Crystal AB?
Crystal is a clear, bright stone that catches the light cleanly and works beautifully against any leather colour. Crystal AB has a special iridescent coating that shifts colour depending on the angle and the light around it, picking up whatever shade is nearby. Both are stunning, and both are available as the large stone on your collar. If you’re torn, drop us a message and we’ll help you choose based on your leather colour.
Are the crystals secure enough for everyday wear?
Every Swarovski crystal is individually secured by hand in our Northumberland workshop. We’ve had customers wearing the same Chaos Theory collar for years of daily walks without losing a stone. If you do ever lose one, get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
