A black leather dog collar is a timeless choice for any pup’s wardrobe, and ours is handcrafted for both comfort and durability. Whether it’s for everyday use or special outings, this collar adds effortless style to your dog’s look.

Each one is made to order in our Northumberland workshop using premium Italian leather. The collar is fully lined with the same butter-soft leather to make sure it feels comfy from the very first wear. Rounded edges help prevent rubbing or irritation, making it a great option for dogs with sensitive skin or long coats.

Finished with solid stainless steel hardware, the collar is strong, secure and built to last. Available in a full range of sizes and widths, it’s a perfect fit for dogs of all breeds—from dainty dachshunds to bouncy boxers.

Complete the look with a matching 1.2 metre lead, also handmade from black Italian leather.

How to measure your dog's neck for a leather dog collar

Use a soft tape measure (or a piece of string) and wrap it around the middle of your dog’s neck.
Make sure it’s fairly snug against the fur but not tight. No need to add fingers underneath – we’ve already allowed for a comfy fit in the sizing.
This is your dog’s neck measurement.

Now check our size chart and choose a collar where your dog’s neck measurement is closest to the smallest hole in the size range.

Example:
If your dog’s neck measures 10", you’ll need a collar listed as 9"–11", as this adjusts between 9 and 11 inches.

PLEASE DON’T MEASURE THE FULL LENGTH OF AN EXISTING COLLAR – this is not your dog’s neck measurement and will result in a collar that’s too big.

Take a look at our size chart below and choose a size where the measurement you have taken from your existing collar falls as close to the middle of the range.

For example, if the length of your existing collar from the end of the leather to the hole you use is 13", then you'd choose a size 12" - 14". This will give you room to tighten or slacken the collar.

If you're at all unsure, please do get in touch. We'd rather you receive the perfect fit for your dog first time.

UK Orders dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked 48, which normally takes 2-3 working days
International Mail dispatched by Royal Mail International Tracked, then handed to local postal service in destination country. Timescales vary from country to country.
