What is home dog day care?
Home dog day care is daytime care for your dog in our family home in Seaton Delaval, with no overnight stay. Your dog spends the day with us and Kevin, our resident Miniature Poodle, getting the same love, walks and attention as our overnight guests, then goes home to you in the evening.

Which dogs can come to day care?
Day care is for small and toy breeds from a single household only, up to two dogs. We never mix dogs from different homes during a day care session, so your dog always has the run of the house without a stranger’s dog to share it with.
How much does day care cost?
Day care costs £30 per day for one dog, or £45 per day for two dogs from the same home. Full pricing, including our boarding rates, is on our Rates page.
What time does day care run?
Day care runs from 7:30am to 6pm. We appreciate that everyone’s day is different, so we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Do I need a meet and greet before day care?
Yes, every new day care dog needs a Meet & Greet followed by one trial day care session before we confirm any regular bookings. This gives your dog a chance to get to know us and Kevin properly, and gives us a chance to make sure day care is genuinely a good fit for them.

No. Whether your dog is staying overnight or just visiting for the day, we only ever have one household’s dogs in our home at a time. It’s the same promise as our boarding service, just without the sleepover.
Is day care available every day?
Day care runs on an ad-hoc basis around our boarding calendar, so it isn’t guaranteed on every date. Boarding stays are booked further in advance, so most day care requests come in well after we already know whether a date is free. If we can’t fit you in on a particular day, we’ll always let you know as early as possible.
