Give your cat a comfortable, stylish collar that’s been thoughtfully handcrafted in our Northumberland workshop. Each collar is cut from soft Italian leather in your choice of 28 vibrant colours, so you can pick the perfect match for your feline friend.
The 1/2″ wide, lightweight collar will keep your cat comfortable through all their daily adventures. A breakaway safety buckle releases under around 2.5 kg of pressure, giving you peace of mind when your cat explores. A sturdy stainless steel D-ring is fitted for attaching their ID tag securely.

How do I choose the right size for my cat?
Measure your cat’s neck with a flexible tape measure, leaving enough room to slip two fingers under the tape for comfort. Match that measurement to our size ranges: Small (6″–10″/15–25 cm) or Regular (7″–12″/18–30 cm). If your cat is between sizes, choose the larger one for adjustability.
Is the breakaway buckle strong enough for everyday wear?
Yes. The buckle is designed to stay secure during normal use but release at roughly 2.5 kg of pressure if your cat catches the collar on something, helping to keep them safe.
Can I attach a bell or ID tag to the collar?
Absolutely. The stainless steel D-ring is fitted to hold your cat’s ID tag or a small bell without adding unnecessary weight.
How should I care for the leather?
Wipe the collar with a damp cloth to remove dirt, then allow it to air dry at room temperature. Avoid soaking the leather or drying it on a radiator, as extreme heat or moisture can damage it.
Customise your collar
Each and every collar we sell is handmade to order by us, for you. To create a collar as individual as your cat, simply pick your leather colour, and we'll do the rest.
In order to ensure the collar will fit your cat, wrap a soft tape measure loosely around the middle of the neck allowing enough room for 1 finger and take that measurement.
Choose the size where the neck measurement falls roughly in the middle of the size range.
All orders are handmade and are usually dispatched within 7-10 business days, Monday to Friday.

EU Orders We're IOSS registered, so for orders up to €150 all VAT and import tax is collected at checkout — no surprise charges on delivery. We're currently unable to process EU orders over €150.
US Orders US Import tariffs apply to all US orders from 29th August 2025. Tariffs and customs duties are calculated and added at checkout, so there are nothing extra to pay on arrival.
All other international destinations We don't add taxes or duties at checkout, however your order may be subject to import duties on arrival. See our full delivery information page for details.
If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll refund or exchange any unused, unworn, undamaged item in re-saleable condition. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@petiquettecollars.co.uk.
Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty. Postage costs are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns. For US orders, tariffs and duties are non-refundable.
Collar doesn't fit? Don't worry, we can make you a new collar that will fit perfectly. As long as the collar is unworn you're able to return it within 30 days for an exchange. Please note, as all collars are handmade to order, we do not offer refunds on any size differences on exchanges.

Nice Simple Bright Collar
I really like how sturdy and simple this collar is. The purple colour is gorgeous. It was really hard to find a purple leather collar with a safety clasp so I am glad about finding this.
