Measuring Your Iggy’s Neck
To measure for one of our walking collars, use a soft tape measure and follow these steps:- Gently wrap the tape around the top of your dog’s neck—just behind the ears and under the chin.
- Make sure the tape is touching the fur but not tight.
- Note the measurement in inches or centimetres.
- This is where the collar will naturally sit, so measuring higher up the neck gives a much better fit than around the middle.

The outer leather can be paired with your choice of lining colour, so you can create something subtle or striking to match your dog’s personality. Hidden beneath the smooth leather is a discreet layer of padding, offering extra comfort for sensitive skin.
The tapered design measures 1.5″ at the widest point, narrowing to a slim 0.5″ buckle strap for a balanced look. A lightweight buckle and stainless steel D-ring keep things secure without bulk. US Orders Trump tariffs apply to all US orders from 29th August 2025. Tariffs and customs duties are calculated and added at checkout, so there are nothing extra to pay on arrival.

If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll refund or exchange any unused, unworn, undamaged item in re-saleable condition. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@petiquettecollars.co.uk.
Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty. Postage costs are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns. For US orders, tariffs and duties are non-refundable.

How long will my order take?
All collars and leads are made to order. We typically dispatch within 3–7 working days, with Royal Mail Tracked 48 adding 2–3 further working days in the UK. Most orders arrive within 5–10 working days. A dispatch notification is sent by email. If you need a collar by a specific date, contact us before ordering.
Can I exchange my collar if it doesn't fit?
Yes. If the collar doesn't fit when it arrives, you can exchange it for a different size. The most common reason for a poor fit is measuring the total length of an existing collar rather than the dog's neck directly. How do I clean a leather dog collar?
A wipe with a damp cloth after muddy walks is usually enough to keep our leather collars looking good. For more stubborn stains, perhaps your dog has been rolling in fox poo, add a small amount of washing up liquid to the damp cloth and gently wipe the affected area. If your dog has been swimming, particularly in the sea, give the collar a wipe with a damp cloth afterwards to remove any residue or salt from the leather.
Can my Italian Greyhound wear this collar all day?
This is a walking collar, designed for use during walks and outings. For safety and comfort indoors, most Italian Greyhound owners switch to a lightweight house collar that holds an ID tag but isn’t used for attaching a lead. Wearing a padded walking collar all day can lead to unnecessary wear and isn’t recommended.
