This soft leather Whippet collar is handmade in a bold two-tone design, letting you customise both the outer leather and the lining colour for a unique look. The stitching and buckle loop match your lining choice, creating a striking contrast that sets your sighthound apart.
Made from soft, colour-fast Italian leather, the collar is built around a strong leather core for lasting durability. It’s fully lined with buttery-soft calf leather, and the rounded edges ensure it sits comfortably around your Whippet’s neck without rubbing or chafing.
Designed in a classic 1.75″ fishtail shape to protect delicate sighthound necks, it tapers to a ¾” strap with a lightweight, secure buckle and D-ring. Every collar is handmade to order in our Northumberland workshop.

How to measure for a Whippet collar
To measure your Whippet's neck for a leather collar, simply follow these steps:
- Wrap a soft tape measure so that it is fairly snug, just behind the ears and under the chin at the top of the neck as shown in the image and make a note of the measurement.

Choose the collar where the smallest number in the size range is as close to the neck measurement as possible.
- For example, the measurement is 10", so choose the 9" - 11".

- Handmade to order, we aim to dispatch within 3-7 working days (Monday-Friday)
- UK Orders dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked 48, which normally takes 2-3 working days
- International Mail dispatched by Royal Mail International Tracked, then handed to local postal service in destination country. Timescales vary from country to country.
