Returns & Exchanges

We’re confident that you will not need to return anything to us, but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will refund or exchange any orders, as long as the goods have not been used, are not damaged and are in a re-saleable condition.

Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of returning your order.  Items with a charge due to insufficient postage being applied will not be accepted.

If returning an item for a refund due to change of mind/not liking it, please note that postage costs are non-refundable.

For US orders, any tariffs and duties are non-refundable.

Collar doesn’t fit?  Don’t panic!

The most important thing for us here at Petiquette, is that your collar is absolutely perfect for your pet, so if when you receive your order it doesn’t fit, then please get in touch with us and the collar can either be resized, or a replacement made.  If you do need to return your collar for resizing or a replacement, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we do ask that you cover the postage costs incurred.

Please Note

Petiquette collars are designed to be durable, but that being said they should not be used in unsuitable situations. Care should be taken with larger dogs or those that are excessive pullers, biters or scratchers as it may cause damage to the collar.

Who pays for return postage?

Unless the item is faulty, you’re responsible for return postage costs.
Items with insufficient postage or unpaid charges will not be accepted.
Postage costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Are tariffs or duties refundable on US orders?

No. Tariffs and duties added to US orders are non-refundable if you return your purchase.

What if my collar doesn’t fit?

If your collar doesn’t fit, contact us within 14 days of receiving it.
We can resize or replace the collar for you.
You’ll need to cover the postage costs for sending it back to us.

Are there any care or use conditions?

Petiquette collars are made to be durable, but they’re not suitable for dogs that pull hard, chew, or scratch at their collars.
Always check that your collar fits well and is used appropriately for your dog’s size and behaviour.
