How to measure your dog's neck
- Wrap a soft tape measure around the middle of your dog's neck, held fairly snug against the fur.
- Note the measurement in inches — this is your dog's neck measurement.
- Choose the size where that measurement falls within the range, ideally towards the smaller end to allow for adjustment.
Example:
If your dog's neck measures 10", choose the 9" to 11" size. This means the collar adjusts between 9 and 11 inches — it does not mean the total length of the collar is 11".
If measuring from an existing collar, measure from the end of the leather to the hole you use — not the total length of the collar. The total length will result in a collar that's too big.

The Straight Flush is an elegant diamante dog collar with a single row of genuine Swarovski crystals set along the length of soft Italian leather. One clean line of crystals that catches the light as your dog moves. Each one is individually set in place by hand, so they stay put through walkies, wet weather, and the full chaos of an off-lead park on a Saturday morning.
On a smooth-coated dog like a Jack Russell, the crystals are unmissable, gleaming with every step, while when worn by a longer-haired breed like a Shih Tzu or Akita, it’s a little more subtle, with flashes of brilliance peeking through the fur as your dog moves.
We design every Swarovski collar to be worn, not just admired. The stainless steel hardware is strong and rust-proof, and the leather softens beautifully over time. Hand cut from soft Italian calf leather and fully lined with the same luxurious leather, there are no rough edges that could rub against your dog’s neck.

EU Orders We're IOSS registered, so for orders up to €150 all VAT and import tax is collected at checkout — no surprise charges on delivery. We're currently unable to process EU orders over €150.
US Orders Trump tariffs apply to all US orders from 29th August 2025. Tariffs and customs duties are calculated and added at checkout, so there are nothing extra to pay on arrival.

Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty. Postage costs are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns. For US orders, tariffs and duties are non-refundable.

FAQs
How long will my order take?
All collars and leads are made to order. We typically dispatch within 3–7 working days, with Royal Mail Tracked 48 adding 2–3 further working days in the UK. Most orders arrive within 5–10 working days. A dispatch notification is sent by email. If you need a collar by a specific date, contact us before ordering.
Can I exchange my collar if it doesn't fit?
Yes. If the collar doesn't fit when it arrives, you can exchange it for a different size. The most common reason for a poor fit is measuring the total length of an existing collar rather than the dog's neck directly. What is the difference between "Aurora Borealis" (AB) and Clear crystals?
Clear crystals are completely transparent, mimicking a diamond. Aurora Borealis (AB) is a specialized Swarovski coating that reflects a rainbow of colors (pinks, blues, and yellows) depending on how the light hits it. Both are stunning, and both are available as the large stone on your collar. If you’re torn, drop us a message and we’ll help you choose based on your leather colour.
Will a single row of crystals show on a longer-coated dog?
Yes. The crystals sit along the centre of the collar where they catch the light as your dog moves, so even on breeds with longer or thicker coats you'll see flashes of light coming through the fur. On shorter-coated dogs the whole row is visible and catches the eye constantly. If your dog has a particularly thick coat and you want maximum visibility, a wider collar like the Chaos Theory with more crystal coverage might be worth a look, but plenty of our longer-coated customers choose the Straight Flush and love how it looks.
