Measuring Your Iggy’s Neck
To measure for one of our walking collars, use a soft tape measure and follow these steps:
- Gently wrap the tape around the top of your dog’s neck—just behind the ears and under the chin.
- Make sure the tape is touching the fur but not tight.
- Note the measurement in inches or centimetres.
- This is where the collar will naturally sit, so measuring higher up the neck gives a much better fit than around the middle.
Tip: Choose the collar size where your dog’s neck measurement is as close as possible to the smallest hole in the size range. That way, you’ve got room to adjust if needed.
How to measure an existing collar
If you have an existing collar that's a perfect fit, then follow the guide below:
Take a look at our size chart below and choose a size where the measurement you have taken from your existing collar falls as close to the middle of the range.
For example, if the length of your existing collar from the end of the leather to the hole you use is 10", then you'd choose a size 9" - 11". This will give you room to tighten or slacken the collar.
If you're at all unsure, please do get in touch. We'd rather you receive the perfect fit for your dog first time.

This Swarovski Italian Greyhound collar is made for dogs who love to shine. Handmade from soft Italian leather and covered in a random scattering of Swarovski crystals, it delivers dazzling sparkle—even on grey days.
Each collar is custom-made in your choice of leather colour, and you can select the crystal colours too. Whether you go for a subtle blend or bold mix, the result will be one-of-a-kind. The collar is lined with buttery-soft calf leather for comfort and shaped specifically for delicate Iggy necks.
It measures 1.5″ at its widest point, tapering to a 0.5″ strap with a stainless steel buckle and D-ring. Smooth rounded edges and an optional hidden layer of padding ensure maximum comfort for everyday wear.
Complete the look with a matching handmade leather lead for added flair.

EU Orders We're IOSS registered, so for orders up to €150 all VAT and import tax is collected at checkout — no surprise charges on delivery. We're currently unable to process EU orders over €150.
US Orders Trump tariffs apply to all US orders from 29th August 2025. Tariffs and customs duties are calculated and added at checkout, so there are nothing extra to pay on arrival.

If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll refund or exchange any unused, unworn, undamaged item in re-saleable condition. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@petiquettecollars.co.uk.
Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty. Postage costs are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns. For US orders, tariffs and duties are non-refundable.

FAQs
How long will my order take?
All collars and leads are made to order. We typically dispatch within 3–7 working days, with Royal Mail Tracked 48 adding 2–3 further working days in the UK. Most orders arrive within 5–10 working days. A dispatch notification is sent by email. If you need a collar by a specific date, contact us before ordering.
Can I exchange my collar if it doesn't fit?
Yes. If the collar doesn't fit when it arrives, you can exchange it for a different size. The most common reason for a poor fit is measuring the total length of an existing collar rather than the dog's neck directly. Will the collar irritate my Italian Greyhound's sensitive skin?
We know how delicate Italian Greyhound necks are, their skin is like silk and they have almost no fur to protect them. The last thing you want is a stiff collar that leaves them with bald patches or redness. That’s why we make these collars to be buttery-soft from the moment you take them out of the box. Every collar is handmade with rounded edges and a smooth leather lining, so there are no flat, sharp edges that rub against the coat or irritate the skin. It’s designed to move with them, so they stay comfortable and their coat stays perfect.

Are the crystals secure enough for everyday wear?
Every Swarovski crystal is individually secured by hand in our Northumberland workshop. We’ve had customers wearing the same collars for years of daily walks without losing a stone. If you do ever lose one, get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
