How to measure your dog's neck
- Wrap a soft tape measure around the middle of your dog's neck, held fairly snug against the fur.
- Note the measurement in inches — this is your dog's neck measurement.
- Choose the size where that measurement falls within the range, ideally towards the smaller end to allow for adjustment.
Example:
If your dog's neck measures 10", choose the 9" to 11" size. This means the collar adjusts between 9 and 11 inches — it does not mean the total length of the collar is 11".
If measuring from an existing collar, measure from the end of the leather to the hole you use — not the total length of the collar. The total length will result in a collar that's too big.

We’ve combined striking ace of spades studs with genuine Swarovski crystals, all set by hand into soft, buttery Italian leather. You can customise the look completely—pick your leather colour, then choose your crystal shades to create something that’s totally unique to your dog.
Each collar is fully lined with the same soft leather to keep things comfy from the get-go. With rounded edges and a strong leather core, it’s made to last without causing irritation or rubbing.
The collar is finished with hypoallergenic, rust-proof stainless steel hardware for added peace of mind—rain or shine, it’ll keep looking sharp.

EU Orders We're IOSS registered, so for orders up to €150 all VAT and import tax is collected at checkout — no surprise charges on delivery. We're currently unable to process EU orders over €150.
US Orders Trump tariffs apply to all US orders from 29th August 2025. Tariffs and customs duties are calculated and added at checkout, so there are nothing extra to pay on arrival.

If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll refund or exchange any unused, unworn, undamaged item in re-saleable condition. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@petiquettecollars.co.uk.
Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty. Postage costs are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns. For US orders, tariffs and duties are non-refundable.

FAQs
How long will my order take?
All collars and leads are made to order. We typically dispatch within 3–7 working days, with Royal Mail Tracked 48 adding 2–3 further working days in the UK. Most orders arrive within 5–10 working days. A dispatch notification is sent by email. If you need a collar by a specific date, contact us before ordering.
Can I exchange my collar if it doesn't fit?
Yes. If the collar doesn't fit when it arrives, you can exchange it for a different size. The most common reason for a poor fit is measuring the total length of an existing collar rather than the dog's neck directly. What’s the difference between Crystal and Crystal AB?
Crystal is a clear, bright stone that catches the light cleanly and works beautifully against any leather colour. Crystal AB has a special iridescent coating that shifts colour depending on the angle and the light around it, picking up whatever shade is nearby. Both are stunning, and both are available as the large stone on your collar. If you’re torn, drop us a message and we’ll help you choose based on your leather colour.
Are the crystals secure enough for everyday wear?
Every Swarovski crystal is individually secured by hand in our Northumberland workshop. We’ve had customers wearing the same Chaos Theory collar for years of daily walks without losing a stone. If you do ever lose one, get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
