When will my order arrive?

IMPORTANT – WE WILL BE WORKING THROUGH ORDERS THAT WERE RECEIVED DURING OUR CHRISTMAS BREAK AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.  PLEASE DO BEAR WITH US WHILE WE CATCH UP.

All collars and leads are handmade to order and are usually dispatched within 3 – 7 working days.

We dispatch orders Monday – Friday by Royal Mail Tracked 48 which usually takes 2 – 3 working days though is an estimate and not a guarantee.

For international deliveries we use Royal Mail International Tracked service which varies from country to country for delivery timescales.

International Orders

The EU and Northern Ireland

We are fully GPSR compliant so are able to sell to all EU countries.  

If you’re ordering from an EU country, there’s good news — we’re IOSS registered. This means that for orders up to €150, any VAT or import tax is collected at checkout, so it’s already taken care of. You won’t need to pay anything extra when your parcel arrives, helping you avoid unexpected customs charges or delivery delays.

Unfortunately, due to IOSS regulations, we’re unable to process orders to the EU over €150 at this time. 

Orders to the USA

Since August 29th 2025, all orders to the United States are subject to the new Trump tariffs. We automatically calculate and add the tariff and customs duties to your order at checkout, so there are no surprise charges when your collar arrives.

This means you’ll see the total cost upfront, including shipping and the tariff. Once your package reaches US customs, you won’t need to pay any additional duties or taxes — we’ve sorted all that for you.

The tariff applies to the product value only, not to shipping costs. Your tracking information will show when your order clears customs, and delivery continues as normal from there.

UAE, Qatar, & Saudi Arabia

Due to issues with Royal Mail handing over to local postal services in the UAE, Qatar & Saudi Arabia, we only offer courier services to these destinations.

Customs Duties

For all destinations outside of the USA and the EU we do not add any taxes or duties on international orders, which means that for delivery outside the United Kingdom they may be subject to import duties and taxes.

These are levied once the items reach the specified destination. You will be responsible for any such import duties and taxes.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note that for items you order, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the items are to be delivered.

Please note that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

How much is delivery?

UK orders under £50 cost £3.50 for Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Do you deliver to the EU?

Do you deliver to the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia?

Yes. We use courier services only for these countries because local postal handover is unreliable.
Delivery is charged at £20 per order.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import tax?

For destinations outside the UK, EU, and USA, we don’t collect taxes or duties at checkout.
Local customs may apply charges on arrival. You are the importer of record and responsible for any duties or taxes set by your country’s authorities.
Contact your local customs office for current rates before ordering.

Can customs inspect my parcel?

Yes. Cross-border deliveries can be opened and inspected by customs authorities in the destination country.
