When choosing the text to be engraved on your tag, we would always recommend your house number/name and postcode along with a telephone number.

We would advise against engraving the name of your dog as this makes it easier for dog thieves.

Nice tag but took 3 weeks to arrive

Solid looking tag but took so long to arrive. In the meantime I bought 2 from elsewhere and they were delivered within 72 hrs.

I'm glad that you like the ID tag and apologise it took so long to arrive. All Red Dingo ID tags are engraved and dispatched from their factory in Switzerland. Since Brexit there have been huge delays caused by new customs processes, combined with less international flights operating due to COVID. Unfortunately these are the times we live in and international deliveries now do face delays until things calm down.
