Order in time for Christmas

That most magical time of the year is racing towards us so we wanted to let you know when you should place an order by to ensure it arrives for your pet’s to have a present to open on Christmas day.

For our UK customers, please ensure you place your order by 16th December, and for our customers outside of the UK you’ll need to place any orders by 2nd December.  This gives us enough time to hand-make your collars, then have them delivered to you before Christmas.

Please note that while every effort is made to ensure orders are dispatched in accordance with Royal Mail’s recommended delivery dates, delays do happen at this time of year, so we recommend not leaving it until the last minute to avoid disappointment.
