If you need to change any aspect of your order, please get in touch as soon as possible.  We work fast at Petiquette, and normally dispatch within 2-5 days.

Please get in touch straight away if your delivery address is incorrect.  Once dispatched we can’t redirect a package, so will have to wait until it is returned to us.

We always aim to dispatch orders within 2-5 working days but appreciate that sometimes you may need an order urgently.

If you get in touch with us we’ll do our very best to accommodate any requests.

We understand that sometimes things we order online aren’t exactly how we expect when they arrive.

If for any reason you’re not happy with your order simply get in touch and we’ll be able to arrange a refund or exchange.
